Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am interested in buying a new Laptop and want one that is fully upgradeable. I am coming from an EliteBook 8440p and over the years I have upgraded the CPU, RAM and HDD. THis has allowed me to prolong its lifespan to almost 10 years. Any current HP Laptops or even ones that are a couple of years old that Have a removable CPU?

Hi:

 

The last notebooks that had individually removable processors were a few made in 2013-14 with Intel 4th gen processors.
