Audio Issues

Audio only plays back through bottom left and top right speaker. No audio comes through bottom right or top left speaker. I have downloaded all of the latest windows updates, I have reinstalled the audio drivers from HP for the x360 14, and I have done the audio troubleshooting through HP support assistant. Nothing seems to work. Is the audio purposely set to only play back in this manner bottom left and top right speaker only? It seems strange, why would you include the bottom right and top left speaker then if they are not to be used? Help and tips, please. Thanks

Thank you for the information.
I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111176.exe
Once the BIOS is updated, then uninstall the audio driver from the device manager and then download and install the audio driver from the below link.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110001-110500/sp110360.exe
- Type "Device Manager" into the search field to open the device manager console.
- Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
- On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
- When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.
NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.

This solution did not work, the audio is still only coming from the bottom left and top right speakers. No sound can be heard form the top left or bottom right speaker. At this point this it is most likely a hardware problem, correct?
