Initially, drivers were installed with HP.COM -display rotation didn't work.
Then I updated the drivers from the DriverPack - also without results.
Looking ahead, there is no "lock screen rotation" button.
All the latest Windows updates are installed, even optional updates.
In device Manager, there are no unknown devices.

The problem was resolved.
instead of the Intel(R) Integrated Sensor Solution driver, the Intel(R) VROC Virtual controller was installed in the system, so the sensors were not visible. After manually updating the Intel(R) VRC Virtual controller driver to this one sp100988.exe everything started working.
