Awful support, need to find a replacement for my keyboard

I'M STILL STRUGGLING WITH MISINFORMATION AND LACK OF GOOD ORIENTATION ON THIS SITE.

LOTS OF AWFUL BOTS THAT KEEP SENDING US NO GOOD USELESS TIPS AND MESSAGES.

CAN I INTERACT WITH A HUMAN HERE, OR HAVE ACTUAL ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS THAT MAKE SENSE?

BOTS DON'T CARE WHAT WE ASK, THEY REPLY ANYTHING.

I AM LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS AWFUL KEYBOARD, THAT WAS NEVER GREAT TO BEGIN WITH,

THE DARN SPACE BAR DOESN'T REGISTER IF NOT HIT HARD, SINCE THE VERY BEGINNING.

AS OF LATE LOTS OF OTHER KEYS STARTED TO FAIL, DELETE, BACKSPACE, 8, ETC.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW I CAN GO ABOUT CHOOSING AND BUYING A NEW KEYBOARD. I WANT TO BUY IN AMAZON,

SO PLEASE DON'T SEND ME LINKS TO HP WEBSITE.

Thanks, let me try that. I didn't know that, Lol, sorry.

Anyway, some users here are H employees, and my ire was directed to their bots. Been trying like mad to find the keyboard replacement, and as keys keep failing it keeps irking me.

Btw, I need to get this done myself, the keyboard replacement, that is. How hard is it? I was able to change a HDD for a SSD, hopefully the keyboard is not much harder.
