BIOS Battery not found on motherboard and my laptop not turn on without an initial ac power. After turning on the laptop. laptop works with battery. Battery not support for  turn on the laptop.

 

I got this problem after the replacement of battery.

 

Plz help me.....

Newer notebooks, such as yours, do not have separate RTC (BIOS) batteries. The BIOS gets its power for the BIOS chip from the main battery.

 

It would seem that the battery you have installed may be faulty.

There could be a fault in a component of the battery charging circuit on the system board.

 

Those are the two possibilities for the issue you have described.

None of us here have X-Ray vision that can see into the internet  to see what was installed in your notebook, so that is a bit of an impossible question for anyone but yourself or a service engineer to answer.

 

Was the battery that you purchased not guaranteed to be compatible?

 

A compatible battery for your notebook will be one of these.

Battery (3-cell, 48 WHr)  The HP part number is  L11119-855

 

That information comes from the Maintenance & Service guide for your notebook's model series. (ch 3, pg 19, item 18)
