Product: Elitebook 8570w workstation laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi I want to boot from USB but there is no usb boot option. I used some apps that didn't work. I need BIOS Default Password. I couldn't bypass it I did not change it. There is no lock system code nor backdoor password. I can't use smc.bin since couldn't boot from USB. I can't contact with HP cause I live in Sudan. Please help

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you, since HP will no longer supply the required SMC.bin file that is used to clear the BIOS password.

 

That is the only way it could be done.

Also the forum rules were amended on 1 March 2019, which no longer allow us to help with providing unlock codes, etc., to clear BIOS passwords. Rule 4.d...
