Hi. I bought a HP elitebook 840 g10 used from a guy that apparently works with some form of IT. The guy was super nice and helpful. I don't know to much about computers..
Trying to configurate the fingerprint scan, but it says Windows hello is not available. Tried to install drivers from HP, but it's not working when installed.
The BIOS is also locked, and he dosen't know the password. Is it any way around BIOS, or delete it or some sort of fix to this?
Windows 11 pro.
16gb RAM. 13th gen intel(R) core(TM) i5-1345U.
Don't know if something else is relevant?
