Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I would like to update the BIOS which is currently on version F.25 of my Compaq CQ58-390SI  with a most recent available and compatible version. I am currently running windows 7 32bit, but wish to install windows 10.

The last BIOS update HP released for your notebook was F.29.
