My netobook is a Compaq 311c-1025L and i can't restore bios, black screen blocked. I tryed to follow the instruction on site HP for create and USB with files and use the way of win+B but when i download the software for the usb come an error and is impossible use it. why nobody read what we write hier.

like i say,nothing from this help me to get my notebook work.

no bios recovery with key kombinatin,no with usb flash stick.

NOTHING!

and all this happend after i do bios update,

HP give this update...no body other...

and now no body help no body say what go wrong...

my notebook work NICE till this d... update.

now i have no more my nice notebook.

i can sit and look on his black screen,thanks to HP support.

i wrote hier few time,i wrote to HP support email too,no answer NOTHING:

There is no suggest in other discussion, nobody that try to help us and the problem is clear, and i repet it:

 

follow the instructions to re install the bios you download a program in order to submit the necessary files to a USB external flash, but this program does not work, you can not unpack it in any way because it returns an error that is mentioned in the text of the discussion. I tried with different programs is that windows 7 10 but nothing.

 

If anyone could answer on how to solve this problem maybe i could groped to recover the bios.
