Hi
My new battery for BA073TX laptop i.e BK03XL which have a HP part no - 916366-421 just arrived. When trying to install,I found that the new battery is slightly big & not getting installed.I bought the battery from a reputed seller who sell genuine HP parts in India & he is saying that the battery is not counterfeit. Is this type of incident familiar to anyone or any news regarding HP BK03XL battery??
The battery is so rare that it is very much critical to find in India. Also,as usual,HP service is tremendously bad here.If anyone can provide the dimensions regarding an original HP BK03XL,please do so??I've attached pics for reference.Green marked is the old one & the red marked is the new battery!!
Please reply....

Platform Power Management Capabilities:Supported Sleep States
Sleep states allow the computer to enter low-power modes after a period of inactivity. The S3 sleep state is the default sleep state for Windows platforms. The S3 sleep state consumes only enough power to preserve memory contents and allow the computer to resume working quickly. Very few platforms support the S1 or S2 Sleep states.
