Product: Hp 15s eq2042au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
- This hp laptop hp 15s eq2042au comes without a backlit keyboard , do this model has support for backlit keyboard replacement ie can v replace it with a new backlit keyboard , if yes where can I get the keyboard ?
- Do this model's motherboard has support for backlit keyboard , ie the connector cable ?

Normally backlit keyboard alone won't work. You need a system board which has connectors for those lights.
Please use page 15 of the Maintenance and Service Guide on the following link to workout which one you need (for color, language .... 😞

Note: You have to replace full top cover, not just the keyboard.
