Fine idea but no. The keyboard connection is not a usb port it is a small ribbon cable that has to be connected to a specific proprietary port on the motherboard to power the backlight and your computer does not have that port. In fact, there is no keyboard made for your laptop that has any kind of connection for a backlight.
