I need some help with system device drivers.  I have seen posts where people are able to tell which drivers are not loaded properly based on the ids code.  I am not sure how to decipher them.  Can someone help?  See codes below.

Hi:

You need this driver for that device...

This package contains the Ricoh Media Card Reader Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Ricoh Media Card Reader driver enables the integrated media card slot.

Thank you Paul!  That worked.  It also triggered the Intel scan and updated all my Intel drivers.  Bonus!
