Hello everyone!
I recently purchased this USB-C Dock and I noticed that it's function was very inconsistent.
For example, I'd plug in my devices (Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, MIDI Keyboard, LG Ultrawide monitor) to the dock which was plugged into the usb-c port of my laptop, and my devices turned on maybe 10% of the time. When they did work, they would either randomly stop operating (monitor would stop receiving signal "No input from HDMI", MIDI keyboard would turn off, and Focusrite would turn off) randomly, or if I walked away from laptop long enough for screen to go dark, the devices would stop operating as well.
I troubleshooted all my devices with other laptops and using the USB-A port on the other side of the Spectre, and that all seemed to be operating fine. I thought the issue was with the Dock, and Baseus was very great with their customer support and actually sent me a brand new dock!
Imagine my dismay when I immediately started having the same issue! In fact, it has been days since I've been able to get anything to operate through the Dock to my laptop. I troubleshooted everything again, using my GF's USB-C port on her laptop (macbook), both docks, all devices, etc and they all seem to be operating fine. All this leads me to believe that something is up with my laptop.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I would LOVE any suggestions I can get!
