My Product -> HP Pavilion Laptop's battery is showing Weak and as soon as the batter percentage drops to 40% it suddenly gets switched off and showing 0% available. I have seen other Products from Dell, Lenovo etc and the battery's life lasts for more than 3 years.
This Product's start date is on 09th July 2020 and why the battery is showing Weak? Any support or suggestion would be more helpful.

Hi @bvsk,
Welcome to the HP Support Community forum!
Unfortunately, the factory warranty of one year is past.
You are correct in noticing most people get three to five years out of a notebook battery. You are one of the unfortunate people who did not, for some reason or other.
The entire industry which produces LiON main batteries for notebook PC only provides a one year warrant, so the brand of a notebook is not something that weighs into this.
Replacing the battery is likely to be the only way to resolve the issue. Unless you purchased an extended warranty, the cost of the replacement and part will be yours.
I wish I had better news for you, but I do not.
If you will provide the notebook's complete product name or product number, I will provide the main battery part number and a choice of vendors to source it from.
Any reputable laptop shop can replace it for you. If you are confident in your technical skillset, you can do it yourself.
