Hello. I have a question about my laptop, the battery inflated and I had to remove it. Now, when I turn on the laptop connected to power, the BIOS resets its configuration every time I disconnect it, and I must reconfigure so that the operating system recognizes me.
When I open the laptop, I notice that it does not have (at least with the naked eye) the BIOS battery and I was thinking that this could be the cause, but I cannot distinguish said battery inside the computer.
Does this computer have a BIOS battery? If so, where is it located?

Hi,
The machine does not have an RTC battery or CMOS battery. It takes the little power needed from the internal battery.
So, you will need to replace the battery,
Part number L11119-855
Example

Hope it helps,
