I've been using this laptop since 2018. For the first time, I had an issue. Suddenly, it shut off and I realized that a bump near the touchpad. I noticed the keyboard bulging upward on the lower right corner of the laptop. I don't have any idea to do. Warranty expired, however, this is a big issue. I am afraid of an explosion of the battery. Probably I have lost all my data and now I am concerning about any emergency situation. As I saw this problem is chronic. I saw many problems similar to this. I am waiting for professional guidance from HP services to ensure my safety before opening it or sending to technical support

Almost one month passed, and HP did not provide any solution yet.
HP TURKEY said '"we can't fix it because we don't have the parts". "bulge of battery is a normal issue " " Talk with HP Italy because you bought the Unit from Italy."
--- Many conversations with HP Italy, I send my laptop to Italy...However, I am still waiting for HP to take my unit from the address.
HP ITALY says "You have to pay the assumed cost of repair in advance to start the repair and have to wait for the mainboard."
and nobody even checks what the problem with the unit is.
And Today, without any technical help. I have to pay the assumed cost and have to wait unknown period for a mainboard with hoping my laptop gets fixed by HP.
MY advice "Stay away from HP and OMEN products". for your safety and also for your mental health...
