I have a Pavilion au620tx. Recently updated software. running on windows 10. The problem is my battery led is blinking with a white light, doesn't matter if you put it on charging or not or even you shut it down still it is blinking. The battery is hardly charging. Is the issue with the battery or the charger? Please help and tell what to do.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is not getting charged and the charging port light is blinking.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
If the charging port light is blinking it means that the battery is not working correctly.
I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article and run a test on the battery.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
