Battery Counterfeit Check Error

HP recommends using HP batteries only. Using a non-compatible or non-HP battery might pose health and safety risks. The installed battery does not appear to be an HP battery and fast charging might not be available.

When I click enter, I can continue using the device, but I keep getting the message every time I start up. The battery percentage remains the same and neither increase or decrease.

Also tried to update the BIOS but my Windows version is 11and version 23H2, whose driver is not available.
