HP Recommended

Have had my HP laptop for about 4ish years and recently the battery has been going instantly to 0% once it drains down to about 40%. I have run a battery diagnostic and it said that it still has about 90% of it's charging capacity. Should I run more tests to find out the issue? Replace the battery entirely? Any advice is appreciated.

Please post the advanced output of the HP battery test. About 90+% of the time I would say a 4 year old battery having issues just needs to be replaced.
