I need to replace my original battery.  I've order a few from Amazon and they just don't work (doesn't calibrate, doesn't charge).  Does HP sell a battery for this?  Help?

If you ordered a battery with the HP part number from Amazon  and it  or its replacements doesn't charge, that would indicate a problem with the system board or power adapter. Discrete electronic components do wear out.

Considering that your laptop came to market in 2017, that is indeed a possibility.

As a matter of policy, HP does not sell a battery for any laptop at the five year mark after coming to market.
