HP Recommended

Blue screen shows error “Primary (internal) battery (601). After a review of the issue, it seems that battery replacement is needed. Where can I purchase original battery HP WE04XL. I made an unsuccessful web search, only generic options. What is the recommended action to execute? I am located in Costa Rica, Central America.
