Today i just randomly turned on my notebook and i see that my battery is not charging and the white light is keep on blinking in my charging port 

 

So after this i performed a battery check in that test it fails with the following Failure ID

 

MC7UXA-7L19RQ-MFPWMF-C0CM03 I bought my laptop in 2016 So is it due to the aging problem of the battery or is it due to some other defect in my LaptopPlease help me in fixing this issue Serial Number - [edit]Product Number - N8L68PA#ACJ Thank You

3 years is about the normal life of a laptop battery. The Code does indicate a failure of the main battery. 

 

Its a customer removeable external clip-in battery so easy to replace. 

 

(18) Battery (4-cell, 41-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion)  800049-001

 

 

Aftermarket compatible battery at very reasonable price:

The second thing I listed is a different battery. Sorry. Really hard to find original HP batteries in India and the market is pretty well taken over by the 3rd party companies. Their batteries are generally of high quality and work fine. Good luck.

The first link in the post you marked as solution will take you to an amazon india seller with a battery that would work fine for you. Amazon India has several different battery sellers that have a battery that will work. Search by the HP Part number I gave you above or you can just purchase from the link I provided.
