Product: x360 13 ac 033 dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi,i changed my laptop battery (hp x360 13 ac 033 dx) and when i plug in it isn't being charged. when i do the battery check it gives me this: Primary Battery Unknown (93).

I did the update of drivers,update of Bios and everything else i found in internet but nothing.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
