Spectre x360 15" convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I live in Turkey. I bought my Spectre x360 convertible while I was in USA 2 years ago. My Notebook's battery died a couple of days ago. I contacted HP Turkey to learn how could I get a new one. The answer I got was disturbing. They said they don't sell this model in Turkey, so they would not help me, I should solve my problem where I purchased the product, meaning USA. The reason I purchased HP was because I thought it was a global brand and I could get support any time, any where. I can understand that HP Turkey would not keep spare parts they don't sell in Turkey, but I don't understand leaving the customer alone for spare parts. They could offer a help by saying, we can order your battery next time we order spare parts for existing models or any similar approach. If you care about your customer, you can find many solutions, but if you just care. I will not be buying any HP products from now on.
