Product: Pavilion x360 convertible 15-cr0037wm

Please, how do  I get in contact with HP concerning a battery recall? I looked up my laptop model and see that the battery had been recalled. I do remember getting a letter in the mail about this a while back. I do not remember what the letter suggested. Please help me get in contact with someone who can help me. I've been searching the hp site for a good few hours now. My laptop is not usable right now. I can turn it on but the screen stays black.
