I think i need to replace the battery for my current HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC ( Product # : J4Y24AV, Serial # : [serial number removed]). I cannot find the appropriate battery for my lattop via HP website. I could find a lot of similar baterries on 3rd party website, like HP Envy 15-j023cl Laptop Batter and HP Envy 15-j000 Laptop Battery.
If it is possible, please help me select the most appropriate battery that will last long. I am not able to decide which battery model should be purchased.

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums!
I see from your post you need information and assistance related to Battery replacement for your HP Envy notebook.
After reading your post, I did go through the maintenance and service guide of your notebook and found that your PC support 6-cell, battery.
For the part numbers: Go to Chapter 3. Computer major components - page number 19.
6-cell, 62-Wh, 2.80-Ah, Li-ion battery 710417-001
6-cell, 47-Wh, 2.20-Ah, Li-ion battery 710416-001
Please note these parts which are listed here are the ones which are tested and compatible on your PC.
If you wish to try other parts you can try it at your own discretion, HP Doesn't recommend any upgrade/downgrade of any hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product. It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance.
If you're comfortable in replacing the part yourself, You could purchase the part from HP, use the HP Parts surfer to identify the part: http://partsurfer.hp.com/search.aspx
And order it via the HP Parts store: https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/CountryChoice.aspx?mscssid=&ccode=ZZ&lcode=ZZ
Or alternatively, Contact HP for setting up an order/service via phone support

I hope this answers your question, do let me know if you need any further assistance.
that said, If the information I've provided was helpful,
