Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought HP Care package, which provides me free solutions for battery issues for 3 years, recently I have come across many issues in my battery, I contacted the support but they say Battery and other Accessories have warranty of only 1 Year,

My model serial number is [Private information Removed], I want to know if I can get the battery replaced or do I have to change my product
