Hi.

I am in need of a battery replacement, but the HP parts website is not showing any matches for my laptop.

I don't want to buy a battery from a retailer which may not sell genuine parts.

Overall, I am unable to find anywhere to purchase a new battery for my HP Pavilion x360 14-cd1004na.

Thank you for any suggestions on where I can purchase a new battery.

I don't know why but it is very hard to find all information for machines which have model ending with na (for the UK market). Anyway, the specs of your machine is

It uses  3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion battery part #  920070-856. Please try Amazon UK
