I have an hp pavilion x360, 14-dh1900nz. I replaced the battery with a non genuine one same model number (HT03XL) which was not recognized. I put back the old battery but now the old genuine battery is not recognized either. I want to buy a new battery that is officially compatible but I don't know if it will work since the old battery isn't recognized.
What brands of batteries are compatible with my laptop?

@NickMor5, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
For your HP Pavilion x360 (model 14-dh1900nz), the officially compatible battery is the HP HT03XL. It's important to use a genuine HP battery to ensure compatibility and optimal performance with your laptop. Using third-party batteries may result in compatibility issues, as you have experienced.
Here are a few steps you can take to ensure compatibility when purchasing a new battery:
Purchase from Official Sources: Ensure you buy the battery from HP's official website or authorized retailers. This way, you can verify the battery's authenticity.
Check the Compatibility: Make sure the new battery is HT03XL and is specifically designed for your HP Pavilion x360 model.
HP Stores and Partners: Visit any local HP store or HP official partners to purchase genuine parts.
If the old genuine battery is still not recognized after reinstalling it, there might be issues beyond the battery itself. It could be related to software or hardware inside your device. In such cases, consulting with an authorized service center might be recommended to diagnose and resolve any underlying issues.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
