Product: HP Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Spectre x360 purchased in January of 2019.   Of course the warranty has now run out and the bottom of the casing starting to bulge.    At first I thought a clip came loose or broke but found it funny as I am very careful with the laptop and hardly ever move it.   A search online reveals other folks having similar issues that seem to be related to the battery bulging.   This is concerning as I am worried it will further damage the laptop or worse, cause a fire.   Is there a defect recall for these batteries?   I have never had this happen on any laptop before.   HP Spectre x360 case bulging.jpg
