Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to keep the battery plugged-in for using the laptop. The battery percentage always remains 0. If I unplug the charger the laptop immediately switches off. Kindly help me on how can I resolve the issue.

Sounds like you need to replace the battery.

You can contact one of HP's authorized suppliers who do business in India at the link below, and see if they have the battery you need, or you can do a search by the HP 919701-850 battery part number on Amazon and see if you can find an aftermarket battery that references the HP part number.
