I believe that this notebook series was introduced in 2016.
The battery likely needs to be replaced.

Battery will not charge when system is warm to hot
If the “not charging” issue is (only) apparent when the system is running hot (or near that point), the battery and charge system are likely overheated as well – the charge system will resume operation when the computer cools down. Short Version: An overheated battery / computer / charging-system will not charge the battery – this is normal behavior.
Battery seems “stuck” in a particular charge setting
The battery might be OK and just need calibration (balance / set).

You are welcome.
The battery part number is the Important bit, as you know from reading the Service Guide for your notebook,
844204-855 |
Use the part number to find a merchant near your region who might also provide a compatibility list in the description.
Amazon might ship to India - and Amazon carries the part (at least here in the USA).

I have few questions:
1) I am trying to order the battery from Dubai. And they are saying it's "Replacment" battery, means not a genuine HP product. So, how I can make sure I am buying a genuine HP battery? Through serial number or something.
2) If I take out my laptop battery out, can I work on direct power supply ? If yes, what will be consequences of this.
3) Also there are few Indian sellers, but they are not big as amazon. They are calming they are selling original HP product's. how I can make sure it's original product. Below are the links for their product.

Very bad experience, In future a BIG NO to HP products. No international warranty, parts are not available. You can't travel internationally with their portable products. If you travel around the globe, they don't even care if you get required damage part(s). Consumer are totally on their own.

Using the computer without battery is possible in most cases. Doing so means you are completely dependent on the AC power staying on, of course. The consequences of a power failure would be the same as for any computer that suddenly loses all power - probable loss of un-stored data, and / or, depending on when the loss of power happens, loss of the Operating System (for example, should the power drop during Updates). Notebooks have batteries to provide mobility - an added benefit is the ability to use the computer and the time to shut down the computer safely with - or without - AC power being available.
You are asking me questions for which I have no reasonable answer.
I live on the West Coast of the USA - I cannot comment on parts purchased in Dubai, for example.
If the product is sold from any merchant, anywhere, and you do not trust the source, they can claim all they want that a product is genuine - counterfeit products proliferate more so in some areas than others.
My understanding is that HP genuine parts contain serial numbers (in most cases), HP branding markers, and other information to designate the part is from HP.
Obviously, if the merchant intends to defraud the customer, the counterfeit product will be a fake copy of the real thing.
Your last comment is understandable - I have traveled with my HP equipment; I have never expected trouble of the type you describe. Fortunately, too, I have never had instances of system failure. Likely, I would have been unhappy to be caught in a bad situation. I might respond differently, of course - but I do understand you are in a bad spot.
Perhaps another of our Experts will jump in and provide the kind of guidance you want / need.

@Asmita6658
Let me summarize the problem.
I bought this laptop (model aq005dx) from Dubai in 2017. Now I am in India, Chandigarh(city).
I need the genuine HP battery for this laptop. Battery details are below captured by HP hardware diagnostics:
HP part surfer doesn't have this battery in (Dubai, New Zealand, Australia, United states).
India's technical support want me to contact Dubai HP service center. As I bought this laptop from Dubai.
India's sales team doesn't have any answer to my problem.
There are few Indian merchants selling the battery I need. But I am not sure about those batteries. If you can verify either of them, that will solve my problem. Below are their link.
https://www.uniqinfotechindia.com/hp-w2k42ua-laptop-battery-mb04xl.html
I am amazed to see that the manufacture of the product i.e. HP, doesn't have the require parts. But some random guy does have.
If HP can't provide international warranty/support for their products. Why they call it an international brand?
I would really appreciate if I get the genuine HP battery in my city.
Looking for a quick resolution as it's been almost a month, I am not able to use my notebook, just because of poor support and no resolution at all from HP.
