I ran the tests; the link to download HP Hardware Diagostics UEFI that was given in the video is broken; I googled "HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI", downloaded the latest version and installed it.

 

Running the Power test or the Battery test in HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI produces the following error code:

RLSF62-8K7B99-MFPUQ1-C9AA03

The HP Diagnostic error code <RLSF62-8K7B99-MFPUQ1-C9AA03> and the log messages are telling me the same "Battery 1 Very Weak"
