I had issues with laptop being plugged in but not charging when laptop was open, would only charge when closed. I followed recommendations on a thread to uninstall charger devices, turn off laptop and remove battery. I realized I don’t have removable battery so I turned back on. Another HP thread advised when battery gets to 15% power, turn off for 30 min then back on to reinstall chargers. I let battery run down, got distracted and in a very short period of time, the battery completely died. Now, I have a computer with uninstalled charger that won’t charge the device (open or closed), now dead and no way to turn back on and install chargers. What should I do?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
This seems to be an issue with the AC Adapter not giving out the correct power required to charge the battery.
By any chance have you tried with a different AC Adapter?
