Hello HP Community,
recently i ran into the Problem, that my Battery is discharging when the Notebook is turned OFF. It drains completely to 0 after a few hours (under 24h!). I tried a few things but nothing seems to help. Software and drivers are all up to date. Did anybody had the same issue ?
Thank you for the help
Kind regards Simon

Is your notebook still in warranty?
Is the main battery charging? The power LED should be amber to indicate charging and white when the charge is complete.
If it is charging, is the complete charge 80% or higher?
Have you tried running the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics( --> component tests --Battery) to see if your battery is having issues?
Have you invoked Windows own Battery-Report and run it to see the state your battery has been in since it was first turned on out of the box? https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-check-your-laptops-battery-health-in-windows-10#:~:text=PowerShe....
