Hi,
When my Omen 15 is charged to 100% & then shut off, in the next 24 hours when I boot up again the charge shown 95-92%. I contacted HP support & apparently this is normal. Yet on my previous HP Pavilion M6 this did not occur.
I have read the the OMEN doesn't have a CMOS battery yet the Pavilion did. Hence, this may be a design issue.
It doesn't make sense because if I charge my phone to 100% & turn it off then after a few days turn it back on it shows 100% charge.
I have fast boot turned off, USB charging when off is disabled in BIOS & all drivers are updated to the latest version.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a great laptop but I'm starting to believe HP is a rubbish company. After so many years with HP I may buy an ACER next.
