My laptops battery is fully charged to 100%
but when I unplug it and use it it goes 100% to 69% in less than a minute and then directly goes down to 24 in 1 or 2 minutes.
My laptop is working very well when it is plugged. Please help.

You can use hp hardware diagnostics: HP Notebook PCs - Testing and Calibrating the Battery (Windows)
For me, it seems you need replace the battery, if your laptop not smells burning electronics. Such important drain cant be caused by intensive of cpu/gpu, but can be caused by tired battery.
If your laptop still under warranty, maybe it can be replaced by warranty.
If there is no more warranty and you want to teplace the battery yourself, here the service manual . On the page 34 the chapter how replace the battery.
The part number of your battery must be L11119-855
