I just purchased HP Envy 13 AQ 1015TU last week and the company claimed that it will give me around 15-18 hours back up but after using one week I felt that it gave me a maximum of 6 hours backup. So I just want to know is there any other software or settings needed to get that backup. Or is there any battery issue in my PC?
