Pavilion x360 Cnvertible

I have tried to get a new battery for my HP Pavilion, 4RD72EA#ABU, model 14-cd0522sa,  serial number [Personal Information Removed]. I have tried Curry's, Partmaster, Hewlet Packard, their parts suppliers and have been told there is no replacement battery for my laptop. It is only 2 and a half years old, bought on 30 August 2018. I have treated the battery well, charging it when necessary and not continually using it plugged in.

This is not acceptable. Would you help me to sort this out or explain how I can make an official complaint about this?

Thank you.

Just so you know, notebook batteries are warrantied for one year industry wide regardless of manufacturer. Yours has had a service life well beyond that.
