Product: HP au118tx battery bp02xl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I purchased a new battery for my laptop au118tx I performed a battery check on HP support assistant there it is showing battery cycle count is 1/1000 battery full charge capacity is 4600mah 86% is this normal or should I return it.

You do have a few things to try first:
You have an " ADVISORY "
Adds support for Battery Care Function and adds support for Battery Health Management.
Reboot then install:
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors)
REO
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
