Battery issue about plugged in but not charging in pavilion Au006tx

my laptop is plugged in but not charging while in charge.please could anyone suggest me to resolve this issue?

I'm already in F.48 Bios version.. but I tried to reinstall it.then no changes and problem still persists.Tell other ways to resolve this issue.

Will the laptop boot from just the battery???

Remove the AC adaptor and try to boot???

No..its  not getting boot up the laptop from battery if I remove the AC adapter..when I press the power button from battery..its just flickers in charging notification light...but laptop does not power on.

see my Battery status in Task bar that it shows only 0% not charging even while connected to AC adapter for long time..Help me to fix this issue.

Yes it is time to replace the battery.

i have removed the battery and then clean it.after reinsert the battery in laptop and also same issue yet.Next.. i checked the version battery properties in device manager..will it problem occurs for different versions?If happens,give me the fix!!see this versions are different
