Hi, I have had my notebook (Product number: 6GS22UA#ABA, Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]) for just about 3+ years and lately the battery has been draining rapidly. During the reboot, I get a warning about the battery strength. On running HP support assistant, I have a warning that the primary battery is "very weak" and the following message
"The battery is functioning correctly, but due to normal aging of the battery, the battery life between charges has reached a point where your battery is no longer useful. You should consider purchasing a new battery to optimize your computing experience.
REOOW"
Can you let me know please what the replacement battery part is and where I can get this? And how easy/hard is this to replace?
Thanks!

Battery description and part number
3 cell, 41 Whr, 3.6 Ah Li-ion HP part number L11119-855
You can find the battery on Amazon or any number of online vendors. Only purchase the exact HP part for the laptop.
Removing the battery is a matter of removing the screws on the base and then removing the battery ribbon connector from the ZIF connector.
I am unable to find a video tutorial for you on this. It can be simply done by any laptop shop at a reasonable cost. Ask a shop for a quote.
"And how easy/hard is this to replace?" That depends on your own level of confidence and ability. No one can give you the answer to that.
