Laptop battery is not getting charged. Laptop battery % is 0. Laptop is working only when it's plugged to charger

Hi @Venkat016 

 

Most likely, the battery needs to be replaced because it is damaged. Run a test by turning on the laptop, pressing the F2 key several times, and running a battery test to see if there is an error ID.
