Are you facing this issue after an update on the computer?
Can you please help me with the exact product detail.
Please follow the below troubleshooting steps :
1. Disconnect the AC power adapter cord, remove the battery, and hold the Power button for 30 seconds. This will discharge the notebooks system capacitors.
2. Connect the AC adapter to a working power outlet or surge protector and connect it to the notebook.
3. Press the Power button to turn on the notebook.
Check if the issue is resolved.
