Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My battery is not charging beyond 71%. I have not made any recent changes in the laptop, I calibrated my battery 10 days ago.  But now my battery is charging up to 71% only. The red indication light is on and the adapter is plugged in but the charging percentage is not changing for the past 2 hours. When I run the battery check , the status of the battery is normal. But I cant understand why the percentage is not changing. What should I do?

HP Recommended

Run the battery check app in HP Support Assistant and post the advanced results.
