Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 I have an issue with battery not charging when plugged into ac adapter, the battery is good , I did a battery check. I think it might be a bios or firmware issue. I did a firmware update through windows update. When I plug in ac adapter I used to get an orange light , now nothing comes on and the battery keeps discharging. Any suggestions?
