My laptop was working fine till yesterday and I put it on sleep mode. When I booted it again it did not boot so I plugged my charger and tried to boot. The laptop booted but the battery is not charging and remains at 1%. I tried the suggested ideas of removing the battery and ac supply and remaining any remain charge and also the uninstalling of microsoft acpi adapters. In the hp support assistant battery test the result comes to be unknown. Hp pc hardware diagnostic gives the pass result. And the test before boot gives the result of logic state OK and charge state blown fuse. All three test give different result so what action should I take?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is not getting charged.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

I recommend you contact support as it looks like a hardware issue.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.

2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
