Hi @Manoj671,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with the battery not charging.

Have you replaced or made any changes to your computer?

Let's try these steps and see if that helps.

POWER DRAIN:

Please disconnect all the devices and cables connected to your computer including the power cable and then press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds connect the power cable back again and try to power on the computer.

CBR:

Press windows key and then followed by the key "B" this time and then the power button for around 3-4 seconds, then release the power button and continue to hold windows+B for 3-4 seconds more.

You may also refer to this document and see how it goes.

I would suggest updating the BIOS on your PC and check if it helps. Using this link

Also, download and install the HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Run battery test (during restart) if the test fails, check with the alternate battery if you have one. Also the Ac adaptor.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
