I bought an extended warranty with the purchase of my laptop and now I'm having battery issues with my laptop.
Problem is even though the offer clearly states battery replacement, the HP customer care executive told me that it is applicable for only commercial laptops and not personal.
Why TF would i buy such a useless extended warranty if it doesn't cover my laptop.
HP is acting like a bunch of thieves.
Please remember this extended warranty was bought by many customers in good faith of a valued after sales service so don't dupe us.
The screenshot clearly states battery replacement is included

Then why is it mentioned in my warranty deliverables if it's not applicable to my notebook.
Either don't put misleading information in the warranty page and if you do then have the courtesy to act on it.
And it's not just me who has raised this question there have been 1000's of such claims.
